The new trend in the world (FOREX TRADING)

Let me start by saying welcome to this blog of mine basically on Internet marketing. I have been away for quite a long time now, that was due to some important things I have to handle.

As you all know what Internet really stands for; networks of large numbers of computers all around the world. I want to start all over buy introducing you to the new trend of online business you can do make a living.

The new business is what has being in existence since around 1978. And that is FOREX.

What is FOREX?
FOREX which is curled from FOReign EXchange is the buying and selling of currency online. Currency are being traded online to make money. In short it is when you buy a currency of a country in exchange for currency of another country.

In Forex currencies are traded in pairs (e.g. GBP/USD). And this implies that when you buy one simultaneously you are selling the other. In the example given above (GBP/USD), if you buy GBP, you are simultaneoulsy selling USD (i.e. USD is the price you pay for buying GBP) and when you are selling GBP, you are simultaneously buying USD (i.e. USD is the price you are been paid for selling GBP). That's the logic.

How do you make money in FOREX?
You make money from the little-little price changes in the value of the currency you are trading. And you can make money in both rising and falling market.

How? you may ask...
Since Forex deal with the price value of the currency you are trading and increment in the price value is where your profit lies. So if you have a feeling that the price value of GBP is going to rise due to some indication, then you buy low to sell back at a higher price value. In the other way, if you have a feeling that the price of a currency is going to weaken against its paired counterpart, then you sell high and buy back your position at a lower price. This is what is called CONVENTIONAL TRADING.

What Really Moves the FOREX Market?
These are ways to determine where the market is trending to. And there are only two way to read the market trend. Namely:
